Just found this Montreal based artist, Shelley Miller who really plays with the ephemeral aspect of public art as she makes her installations out of sugar… literally.
Many of her pieces are made with sugar tiles, edible blue paint and frosting, washing away after a couple good rainstorms.
Beautiful pieces that exemplify the temporality of street art.
